Charles (Skip) Pettit

Skip Pettit has been a consultant and trainer for 30 years. Beginning with the U.S. Department of Education's Drug Training and Resource Center in San Antonio, in 1973, he continues today to provide customized training services to more than 20 organizations worldwide.

In 1993, Skip formed the International Training Consortium, Inc., a talent-packed group of more than 100 of the top trainers and consultants from across the US. He still serves as its founder and President.

Mr. Pettit completed Mental Health and Psychology degrees in 1977 from Montgomery College and Antioch University, and two Masters Degrees in Counseling and Personnel Services in 1982, from the University of Maryland. He is cited in Who's Who International and the Yearbook of Experts, Authorities, and Spokespersons. He has been quoted on CNN and Washington Business Radio, and is a nationally recognized training expert.

Mr. Pettit is a training professional and Organization Development (OD) consultant with design, development, presentation, and administrative experience. He is a consultant in the field of Human Resource Development with emphasis on group process consultation and group facilitation skills. He brings extensive experience in the areas of Management Development, Project Management, EEO, Workforce Diversity, Leadership, Team Building and Customer Service. He has trained over 50,000 professionals in his career.

Mr. Pettit currently manages a worldwide "IT Project Management" training effort for the Pentagon-US Army. ITC designed and delivers customized training for Project Managers supporting the war effort worldwide. Mike Atherton

Mike applies his background in project management, application software, and eBusiness technologies combined with operations management experience and strategic planning skills to solving complex business problems for a broad range of clients.

In addition, he has served as an Adjunct Professor at several business schools. Most recently he developed and delivered the Brussels Special Program, a study abroad course held in Belgium for MBA students from Marymount University. Mike has conducted professional development courses and presentation on a variety of subjects including project management and communications. He has also facilitated strategic planning sessions for senior management teams.

An author of numerous articles, Mike has written on a host of business and technology related topics including Workflow Automation - The Correct Recipe for Success which appeared in "Darwin" magazine and "CIO.com" and Strategy Implementation: Closing The Management Gap which appeared in "Industrial Management" magazine. He received a BBA from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from The George Washington University.

Mike is a private pilot with an instrument rating and has flown throughout the United States on flying adventures.

Ralph J. Capio

Ralph J. Capio is President of International and Business Consultants, Las Vegas, NV. Previously, he was of Counsel to Armstrong Teasdale LLP, one of the Midwest's oldest and largest law firms, located in St. Louis. His practice focuses on commercial and government contracting and international business, and he lectures extensively on contemporary business subjects. He was a member of the adjunct faculty at Saint Louis University where he taught The Legal Environment of Business and International Negotiations; he taught Commercial Contracting (UCC) Law; International Law; and International Organizations for Webster University; Principles of Management and International Business for McKendree College; and has presented courses on commercial and international business law and practices for the University of Maryland, Boston University, and the University of Tampa. Prior to his present position, he held a number of senior positions in the Air Force. His Service included Legal Advisor to the U.S. Transportation Command and Chief Counsel to the U.S. Training Mission to Saudi Arabia--an organization responsible for more than $75 billion annually in foreign military sales and Government contracts--where he provided guidance on fiscal and contract law, international law, and criminal law. His work at the Dept. of Defense included service as a Judge Advocate and as a line officer, with assignments in the U.S., Europe, the Far East and the Middle East.

The recipient of numerous awards and decorations, including the Air Force's Outstanding Senior Attorney of the Year, he is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Bar Assn., the Int'l Bar Assn., the American Society for Public Admin., the Nat'l. Contract Management Assn., and the American Arbitration Association. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University; a Juris Doctor degree from the Union University Albany School of Law; a Master of Public Admin. degree from the State University of NY; a Master of Laws degree from The George Washington University Law School; and a Master of International Business degree from St. Louis University.

Colin K. Dunn

Colin Dunn is a top-rated senior trainer and consultant based in Washington, DC, who specializes in leadership, performance management, coaching, teambuilding, and communication skills. Scott R. Ellis, EnCE

Scott's publications include Association Forum articles on web usability and network security technology, four Chicago Daily Southtown columns (2006/2007) on computer security, an article on Web Based Training in Systems Administrators Magazine, Auerbach, June 2001, and a book, “Firewalls: a Jumpstart for Systems and Network Administrators� December 2004, which he coauthored with John Vacca. Coming in Winter of 2008-9 is a business oriented security book detailing how to prevent, recover from, and discover spyware infestations (untitled) from Auerbach and chapter contributions to a security handbook edited by John Vacca.

Focused primarily on the comptuer forensics - this is the detailed workings of computers and networks at the deepest levels - in Internet and related technologies, Mr. Ellis has pursued a career path that integrates many facets of professional business technology applications. With a focus on computer forensics and technology, Scott has provided consulting and training in network and information security, PC architecture, document management, and billing and accounting integration with electronic business systems and integration, Mr. Ellis’ abilities bring fresh and real world experience to his clients as well as to the classroom. Mr. Ellis has provided business technology consulting for hundreds of clients over the past 15 years. He has worked on over 500 web-site design and database projects with technologies that include network architecture, hardware, software systems, ERP solutions, back office sales and integration, and custom solution development. Technologies have included both intpreted and compiled scripting languages such as VB..NET and C++, and database languages such as MS SQL and Access.

Scott's diverse background in art, science, and technology, and years of hands-on experience are uncommon if not unparalleled. His work includes multimedia work with the U.S. Air Force, web development projects for the US Army, technical work on missile facilities systems and C-130 aircraft, and since 2001 his career has gradually been shifting to full time forensics and eDiscovery work for Nationwide and Chicago area law firms and insurance carriers, city government, law enforcement, and Federal Government.

He was educated in physics at the University of Illinois at Chicago and in military technology at various Air Force military technical and leadership schools. Independent course work has included project management, technical writing, computer forensics, eDiscovery, and creative writing. Continuous self education pursuits in new and emerging technologies have included course work in management, software usability, requirements training with the Project Management Institute, MCSE .NET certification, computer forensics, and years of hands-on PC architecture developing the best machines that are suited for th ejos required by clients and work flows.. This background provided the solid foundation needed for a career focus on computer and network security forensics. Mr. Ellis has earned the EnCE certification, a leading and industry recognized computer forensics certification. His security work is extensive and includes implementing network monitoring tools, employee acceptable use monitoring, firewall implementation, protocol filtering, mail filtering, mail server setup, internet distribution, and spyware countermeasures.

Mr. Greg Hardy

Gregory B. Hardy is a major provider of Budget and Procurement training in the Washington, DC area.     Lester Hoffman, Ph.D.

    Lester Hoffman completed research and teaching, at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, at Harvard University in Cognitive Psychology, Psychology of Perception, Educational Psychology, Personality & Culture, Neurophysiology, and other topics. His research has been funded by grants from The National Science Foundation, Harvard University, and the Woodrow Wilson Foundation. He received both his M.A. and Ph.D. from Harvard University.

    In addition to teaching at Harvard for 4 years, Dr. Hoffman has also held faculty appointments at New York University, Long Island University, the City University of New York, The New School, and the Fordham Graduate School of Business.     Rick Keller

    Rick, RN, CS, US Army Retired, has over 25 years of experience in mental health and 15 years of experience in disaster mental health and combat stress operations. He has lectured extensively around the world.

    He has presented to the Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation Academy, US Army War College, Royal Marine Commando Training Center and the National Health Service Trust, Great Britain, to name a few.

    Paul Secrest

    Mr. Secrest has more than 25 years experience in Naval Engineering, Information Technology, and telecommunications management. He is responsible for leading, coaching, and building the WITS telecommunications and IT teams from solution development, to installation, to turnover, to maintenance.

    From 1999-2000, Mr. Secrest served as the IT Department Head, Chief Network Engineer for the National Naval Medical Center. In this position, Mr. Secrest was the lead Network Architect, and managed the day to day operations of WAN, LAN, voice, video, and data networks. In this position, Mr. Secrest conceptualized and implemented a dynamic training program to ensure a full complement of training for voice and data technicians, resulting in an 87% advancement rate for junior technicians, and a trained, functional Disaster Recovery Emergency Response Team.

    Larry Tracy

    Larry Tracy is one of the top presentation skills trainers/coaches in the country.     Mr. Vuolo is a nationally recognized Subject Matter Expert in Project Management and PMP Prep.
